Little over 1 week ordeal for a property where we left at check in and contacted AirBnb while still at the property. Once again they didn't reply and AirBnB refunded me. The problem was AirBnb 'kept waiting on the rental property to reply', finally after 1 week I said 'hey AirBnB, how long does the rental have to reply?', I mentioned I had the same lack of response from the renter and AirBnb finally agreed and gave the property owner another 24 hours to reply. ![]() I messaged AirBnb CEO's Instagram, messaged a friend who used to work at AirBnb, messaged their Instagram and Facebook, nothing.įinally found someone at a senior level at AirBnb on Linkedin who is in the same city as me and works with the Luxury rentals, I wrote a well worded e-mail, thankfully he got me to a 'higher level rep', initially I was excited but that didn't help one bit. ![]() To update my side, it took a whole 1-1.5 week to sort things out. ![]()
